Original work
Recipes and stories are written for Glutton Diaries, clearly attributed where sources are used, and reviewed for clarity, safety, and internal consistency.
Sources and context
When a story draws on outside expertise, history, or reporting, sources should be named and linked wherever possible. Food traditions deserve specific, respectful context.
Corrections
Meaningful errors should be corrected promptly and transparently. Questions about a recipe or story can be raised through our contact page.
